At College or University
Here are some ways to fundraise at college or university:
-
Hall party – invite everyone in your halls of residence to come along to your themed party
-
Battle of the Bands – get your favourite musicians to battle it out in the union bar. Charge entry for the bands to take party, or even entry for guests to come along and listen.
-
Sports challenge – if you think you’re a big shot, put your money where your mouth is and rather than just watch it on TV, do the real thing and take part in a Triathlon!
-
Sports Team Challenges – how about an inter-faculty sports competition? Let’s see if those Mathematicians can really work it out!
-
Stand-up Comedy – request payment for entry into a hilarious comedy filled evening.
-
Pub Quiz – ask people to come along to a quiz in the local pub.
-
Speed dating – a great way of meeting new people and raising money
-
Summer BBQ/picnic – have a great day out and ask people to supply their own food and drink
-
Bring and buy clothes sale – update your wardrobe in time for the new term
-
Text book sale – instead of burying last year’s books, you could sell them on and send us the proceeds
-
Rag Week – choose to support the Children’s Heart Federation in your annual Rag Week, and we’ll send you posters, buckets, balloons and more.
-
Bad taste day – all dress in your worst outfits and those who haven’t got the guts can pay up for it!
